For the price I think its a good deal, the breakfast was Ok, the rooms where clean and had no problem with the air conditioner.
Its a good place for young travelers who are going to the hotel only for a bath and a good sleep..
The Victoria Hotel has two types of apartments: Standart and Superior ( more expensive 23%).
We opt to the Standart. Seven days. The choise for this hotel obeyed the criterio:
Lesser price + normal attendance ( without swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, and so on ) + excellent localization.
It was an excellent choise.
The hotel is:
1 meter of one taxi,
10 mts. of a bus stop,
20 mts. of a good restaurant (La Rienda, Calle Paraguay,716),
50 mts. of one pharmacy/drugstore,
100 mts. of a supermarket,
120 mts. of the " Calle Florida" (the main street of pedestrian),
180 mts. of the subway station (line C),
200 mts. of the Galerias Pacifico,
250 mts. of the American Express building,
700 mts. of the train Retiro station,
800 mts. of the bus Retiro International station.
The left of the reception has two telephone cabins, a mini-bar, and a place to take the breakfast.
In the apartment has: telephone, TV, a small refrigerator, conditioned air, radiator.
Be carefull with hot water of the shower: it is very hot.
The apartment is small, but in compensation, has very good things, for example:
Light:There are 4 focus in the room ( 4 x 60W), 2 focus in the bathroom ( 2 x 100W).
Mirrors: one 1,00X1,00 m. and one 0,50x1,60m. in the room.
In the bathroom; 0,80X0,80m.
Wonderful especially for ladies that go to a party.
The magazine with the programs of the television was of the month.
